Our True Balance Spruce Grove team is looking for a part-time energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Registered Massage Therapist to join us! We have an established clientele and thrive on providing an elite customer experience.
About the role:
- Perform exceptional massage services to clients
- Collect detailed client history
- Perform in-depth patient evaluation to advise on best treatment
- Perform services to clients needs
- Contribute to safe and positive client experience, while adhering to company policies
- Educate clients on treatment specifics, products, after care instruction and maintenance.
- Participate in company events and marketing initiatives
- Actively participate in staff meetings and clinic improvement initiatives
- Market oneself to maintain client base and create return clientele
About you:
- You’re hardworking and goal-oriented

- You love getting to know new people and helping them feel better from the inside out
Requirements and experience:
- Valid massage therapy license within provincial licensing body
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- We want someone who is interested in a RMT that is passionate about what they do and wants to create an elite customer experience
- We require 2200 hour program
