True Balance has been offering massages at our St. Albert and Spruce Grove clinics for some time now. We are thrilled to now be offering massage services at our Sherwood Park clinic, but that’s not at all.

We are introducing a brand new massage service – a sensory experience like no other, that’s only available at True Balance. We consulted with experts to develop a one-of-a-kind massage that you won’t find anywhere else. 

Introducing…The True Balance Signature Massage. This full body experience puts you into a meditative state of the utmost bliss and relaxation. This treatment includes legs, hips, back, neck, head, face, chest, arms, and feet. Don’t worry – if your hesitant about some of these areas just let your massage therapist know and we can skip them. 

During your True Balance Signature Massage, a combination of hot stones, essential oils, and additional heat will transform your senses and transport you into a state of deeply centered relaxation as you enjoy this luxurious, exclusive treatment.

We recommend the TB Signature Massage to those without specific injuries or areas that require further treatment.

For those that have specific areas of concerns, but still want to enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience, we recommend a 90 minute Signature Massage. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy this luxurious treatment, but your therapist will be able to take the extra 30 minutes to focus on particular areas of concern and treat as needed.
